Updated October 16, 2026. These terms apply to using the BathLivo storefront and buying its products.

BathLivo is the trading brand of Sheenny International Co., Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong with company number 80353118. Sheenny International Co., Limited operates the store and is responsible for your orders and customer service.

Using the store
Use the store lawfully, provide accurate information, and protect your account access. Fraud, unauthorized access, malicious software, and interference with other customers are prohibited. Shopify supplies the ecommerce platform; we remain responsible for our products and customer service.
Choosing and ordering products
Review dimensions, finish, voltage, connections, and selected options before ordering. Screen colors can differ from physical finishes. Use qualified installers where required and follow product instructions and local electrical or plumbing rules.
Submitting an order requests a purchase; an automated receipt confirms submission. Acceptance follows confirmed payment and processing. We may decline unavailable products, unserviceable addresses, unverified payments, or obvious listing errors. We will explain affected orders and refund payments where appropriate. Material substitutions require your agreement.
Delivery and purchase policies
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout. Orders are dispatched from China. Prices are in U.S. dollars, standard shipping is free with no minimum order, and we pay applicable import duties under duty-paid delivery (DDP). Any applicable U.S. sales tax charged on your order is shown at checkout before payment.
Our payment, shipping, return, and two-year limited warranty policies explain purchase conditions. Confirm custom specifications and production timing before ordering. Our privacy policy explains personal-data handling.
Approved returns are sent to a U.S. return facility. Obtain authorization and the correct U.S. return address before sending any item back. Company contact addresses are not shipping warehouses or approved return facilities. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery. We pay approved return shipping for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders; you pay carrier-quoted shipping to the authorized U.S. facility for preference returns. No restocking fee applies. The return policy explains eligibility, exclusions, and refund timing.
Rights and changes
Nothing here excludes rights, remedies, or liability that applicable law protects. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not reduce rights attached to an accepted order. Third-party services have their own applicable terms.
