Where do you deliver?
We currently ship only to U.S. addresses accepted at checkout. P.O. Boxes are excluded. Standard shipping is free with no minimum order.
Where does my order ship from?
U.S. orders are dispatched from China. Our registered business address is not a shipping warehouse or approved return facility.
When will my order arrive?
Allow 1–4 business days for processing and 6–15 business days in transit, for an estimated total of 7–19 business days after payment confirmation. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays. Customs checks, weather, and carrier disruptions can affect timing. See the shipping policy.
Will I pay import duties?
We pay applicable import duties for U.S. orders under duty-paid delivery (DDP). You are not responsible for additional import-duty payments on delivery. Any applicable U.S. sales tax charged on your order is shown at checkout before payment.
How do I track a shipment?
Use the tracking link sent after dispatch. International tracking can take 1–7 business days to show its first update. Visit Track Your Order for help.
Can I return an item?
Request an authorized return within 30 days of delivery. Eligible items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Approved returns go to a U.S. return facility; we provide the address and instructions after authorization. We pay approved return shipping for defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect orders. What does the limited warranty cover?
Our two-year limited warranty covers eligible product defects arising under normal use. Installation damage and other exclusions are explained in our limited warranty policy.
